Privacy notice.
Updated
This notice explains how information is handled in AVEN Property's private planning workspace.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in supplies basic profile information, including your name, email address, Google account identifier and profile-picture URL when supplied. Supabase stores authentication, identity and session records. These identify your account and help control access; Google sign-in alone does not grant workspace access. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.
Workspace records and portraits
The workspace stores tasks, notes, resource links, review ticks and edit history. These support shared planning and identify who changed records or reviewed resources. Records are available to approved workspace members, not public visitors.
Optional uploaded portraits are stored in private Supabase Storage and displayed to members of the same workspace. The app displays these separately uploaded portraits rather than your Google profile picture. Google profile information, including a profile-picture URL when provided, remains part of the authentication records.
Browser storage and service providers
Your browser stores authentication tokens to maintain your sign-in and a preference for the task view. Google provides sign-in, Supabase provides authentication, database and portrait storage, and Cloudflare hosts the interface. These providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services. These services may process information outside Australia.
The app's information pages and sign-in interface are public. Business records require approved access. No advertising or optional analytics tools are currently configured in the app.
Keeping records and making a request
Signing out does not delete your account, workspace records or audit history. The app does not apply a fixed automatic deletion period to those records.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Nathan at nathankatseli@gmail.com. Requests involving shared records and audit history need individual review.
